Conference Hotels
It is not difficult for you to find out your preferred hotels to stay in the city of Hiroshima because there is a wide variety of hotels. In the Google map below, the LOCs have pinned our recommended hotels near the conference venue (International Conference Center Hiroshima) and Hiroshima rail station. Hotels near the conference venue are all within walking distance. It is a good time for you to walk to the venue every morning and after the program. On the other hand, if you stay at hotels near the Hiroshima station, you need to take buses or streetcars to get to the venue. It may take 45 mins and an hour from your hotel door to the venue. You can install the transportation app on your phone and charge JPY with your credit card.

Rihga Royal Hotel
Rooms at the Rihga Royal Hotel are not non-smoking, but they clean up the rooms for non-smoking people. If you are quite sensitive to smoke, we do not recommend this option. You can directly book your room through their website. They may have non-smoking rooms.
Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate
Rooms at the Hotel Granvia South Gate are non-smoking. The hotel is just one year old and quite new. If you are a big fan of Pokémon, there is a Pokémon shop at the Hiroshima station. Besides, if you are a big fan of Japanese Manga, there is a Jump shop at the station building, too. You can visit those during your off time. So, you do not have to stay near the station. But if you arrive in Hiroshima by the superexpress Shinkansen, the hotels near the station are convenient.
November in Hiroshima is the most beautiful season, and many people visit the city for many reasons. We strongly recommend that you book your hotels at your earliest convenience.
